Bernie has 32-31 delegates over Clinton in Mo

That's why they haven't called it. He was awarded 32, she received 31, and they're only separated by .2%. I wonder if he shut her out of a district? I haven't clicked on every county yet. Does anyone here have more detail or know how long before their vote is certified?

Super Delegates don't count until the convention, and certainly don't count when they call a state.

Everyone's neighbor is suddenly a pariah in town. We had someone locally lose by 12 PTS one year with low turnout. That was pointed out every time someone complained.

There must be votes out being rechecked. Provisionals, absentee. Something.

Not sure that link will work, but if you google "election results", click on "Democratic" and "March" tabs, you will see that not even the Mighigan and MS delegates are fully allocated yet. Earlier states have been settled.
