And another thing they believed in Democratic Principles which they've abandoned in favor of siding with the Big Money.

(41,600 posts)They cover most rallies, every morning - Yes, 7 days a week - The Real News Room @ 11:00 am CT and if there's a Tuesday election, there's a Stream-A-Thon covering Bernie's elections...without the nasty corrupt corporate owned MSM lying and shilling for Clinton. (1,192 posts)Chuck Todd was unbelievable on MTP. He didn't say a single word to congratulate Bernie on his massive wins, and almost every single one of his questions was insinuating how Bernie's hurting Hillary, and how his supporters are being mean to Hillary, why he wouldn't endorse her already, and what are the sort of pesky conditions to endorse her. It was unbelievable. And Bernie kept trying to bring up issues.
And they wonder why people despise and distrust corporate media? They shouldn't.

(3,017 posts)He is in the tank for Hillary, along with just about everybody else on MSNBC. I've tuned that network out. CNN leans pretty big to Hillary, but they're not as blatant as MSNBC.
This whole idea (also advanced by Jonathan Karl today on ABC's "This Week" today) that Bernie can stay in but should take it easy on Hillary is like telling a football coach who is behind at the half that it is OK to play the second half, as long as they don't pass the ball and try to score.

(12,228 posts)the people backed up Bill Clinton all through the show trial impeachment AND punished some of the perps at the polls. The media game feigned bewilderment and was wrecked, indignant, a fail.
The voters backing Sanders have to be applauded. If they were posting here they might be feeling some of that abuse and discouragement more directly. When Kerry was running for the nomination he was declared toast by certain of his staunchest enthusiasts. Seeing how he kept campaigning and connecting to people I knew that was premature, but sometimes even a party website can take its own game too seriously. The actual voters who actually see or hear Sanders seem to be for him by a sizeable undeniable majority and the HRC voters almost surprisingly soft where it counts. Then of course the party organization which has too often failed abysmally in the most basic political judgment and the natural corruption of money choices, has tried to put both influence and other means at the disposal of a very arguable danger to the party in the fall. But he is not one them and there's the rub that makes blindness mandatory, and national peril of the GOP to be denied.
