Other caucus states?

Based on what(ever) happened in NV, can it happen elsewhere?

Being somewhat new to caucusing, when I show up as a delegate on May 1 for my county convention, does it mean the same type of thing could happen?

Is it why WA is still only showing a fraction of all the delegates as being assigned?

and checks of delegate credentials and successfully got Bernie supporters to diminish in numbers over many hours of this. But the Polk county went from something like 54% Hill to ~50%.

Look for CoffeeCat's posts on this.

There is some narrowing of the pool there, but the big funnel is the Congressional district convention. If you want to be a national delegate, you have to campaign like you were running for water or sewer commissioner--contact other delegates, send out statements of your qualifications, etc. Final selections are made at the State convention in June.
