I don't believe for a second that Walker won the last 2 times he was on the ballot.

What I do think is that he has some machines rigged in key counties.

The number in the rumor re dem voter suppression is mind-boggling.

But, I don't have any difficulty imagining that many or more choosing not to vote because they don't think the system works for them. That's pretty much every primary election in WI.
