but according to the Times, it's now 52.4 to 47.4 (Bernie) - why did the media call it for Bernie so soon? It think it's a set up to paint Clinton as coming from behind and beating Sanders (if god forbid she wins...) There was no reason for them to call a winner so soon...

In countries where the elections have been monitored by the exit polls are used to determine if the elections were honest.
We need U.N. observers at our polls.
