My take on the Pope's invite. I believe its legit and here is why

The Vatican is encrusted with traditions, privileges and mini-kingdoms. I see this Pope as a guy in a row boat towing an ocean liner toward change. It fights change with fury because change means they will lose their comforts and power.

Imagine how many requests for invitations they get every day to see the Pope or attend his functions. Zillions I'm sure. A simple form letter saying no would have resolved this if Bernie had applied to attend. It would have been over right there. but it isn't is it.

The invite stands. Why? Because the Pope made it.

The people currently howling are the people who hid child sexual abuse and said it was a problem for Americans (Pope JPII made that statement) and invited that clerk from Kentucky to meet Frances saying he wanted it. That churchman was recently shit canned by the Pope for that action.

The invitation stands because they can't block it. It came from the Pope so they are going to dirty it up, these guys who live ten feet up the Republican's asses, gave Bernard Law sanctuary and put pedo priests over children.

Frances wants Bernie there and he personally asked that it be so. If bernie had invited himself, they would have sent him a form letter. Scream all you want, HRC supporters. The Pope knows who cares about the poor, the greed and the Earth.

But, I am not sure that they would want to be associated with the corporations that pay for Hillary's speaking fees.

5. This has been the most unreal debate I have seen yet. The Vatican is having to debunk this.

A letter has surfaced with Bernie's invite from the Vatican.

I can't reason with these people anymore.

It's a beautiful day. I am done.

Just because I want to see Camp Weather-vane shit bricks. I really don't care otherwise and I don't care if Camp Weather-vane sees that I only care about their discomfort. Because it was damn uncomfortable watching Bill Clinton's hood fall off yesterday. And watching people from Camp Weather-vane defend that chit. And even worse defended it by saying Bernie signed the bill that Bill Clinton championed. And they don't see the problem with that defense.

14. I'm sure he will. Not just to see Bernie but to attend the conference.

I saw that drivel coming from Joy Reid which almost knocked me out of my chair.
Her allegiance to the Clintons has now overshadowed her advocacy for equality for the AA community.
It's as if she sold her soul.

Trashing Bernie for seeing the Pope, really I couldn't care less if Bernie sees the Pope or not or who invited who or whatever. But, they are ignoring Bill Clinton pointing a finger and wagging it at BLM protesters and then saying they are giving cover to murderers. It's disgusting I feel like I stepped in freeper poo.

17. So totally debunked? Been out of the house

came back and saw a shit storm with too many
threads and he said she said type crap.

Since its been debunked why do they start new threads
and continue this crap?

Is this some kind of psychosis, neurosis they have?
Can we offer help for their mental problems?
Should we notify their families?

I think we should approach it like that or will they
'almost' apologize?

Jerry Seinfeld approach

Here’s what Jerry Seinfeld said:

Very early on in my career, I hit upon this idea of being the Heckle Therapist. So that when people would say something nasty, I would immediately become very sympathetic to them and try to help them with their problem and try to work out what was upsetting them, and try to be very understanding with their anger. It opened up this whole fun avenue for me as a comedian, and no one had ever seen that before. Some of my comedian friends used to call me – what did they say? – that I would counsel the heckler instead of fighting them. Instead of fighting them, I would say “You seem so upset, and I know that’s not what you wanted to have happen tonight. Let’s talk about your problem” and the audience would find it funny and it would really discombobulate the heckler too, because I wouldn’t go against them, I would take their side.

As Seinfeld noted, the key to disarming an angry, insecure heckler who’s desperate for attention isn’t a quick, witty response. It’s pity.

The thread claiming Sanders invited himself posted by Hillary supporters on the front page already? Or should we do that?
