Long line of Sanders supporters ready for tonight's rally

Bernie Sanders is bringing the bern to Buffalo tonight where he is slated to speak at a rally at the University at Buffalo's North Campus.

Students and supporters have been lined up for hours in the rain today for a chance to hear the Democratic candidate for president at his event: "A Future to Believe in Rally in Buffalo."

Doors opened at 4 p.m. and Sanders is supposed to speak at 7 p.m.

They had a table outside for people's belongings. As we were leaving, I noticed some things were still there. Maybe there will be an umbrella table?

According to my daughter the capacity for the indoor arena is ~8,000.

I live on the southern part of the east side and this is three bus rides north of me. I don't have a car or bus money or I would have left this morning to be there!!

Oh well, my city will represent without me! We are good that way, my peeps are a friendly bunch full of cheers, it will be loud at applause time!
