**LD CAUCUS ISSUE WASHINGTON STATE**
Our caucus chair just indicated that delegates absent will be seated from neighboring precincts (failing alternates). According to the Web training these delegates will be unseated at the state level because they're seated incorrectly. This is meeting challenges that are being ignored by the chair and mocked by clintonites.
Who do I contact in regards to issues like this?
