I am trying to gently stretch and exercise it. Still icing it when it gets achy but it is a little better every day. At some point when I have some $ I will get to an osteopath I hope. Not enough cushioning. It's rough getting old!

Yes, it is challenging getting old. I never thought I'd see the day when I couldn't find a job. My old body parts still work just not as well as they did.

NYC, Nassua, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, and Erie counties vote from 6am to 9pm.

The rest of NY states votes from 12pm to 9pm.

Or text NY to 82623 to find your voting time and location.

Problems? If you have any troubles at the polls, call the Bernie NY hotline 347-379-4298

General elections are from 600-2100 (6am-9pm 24 hour time is just so much easier)
Reasoning is that far far fewer people vote in the primaries, and population centers may have people on weird shifts, and there are more people in the districts, so they are open longer hours for primaries only.
