Bernie Sanders
Related: About this forumBernie says we need 1 million phonebank calls today!
We need to do that and more, word is that Bernie is losing by single digits. If we make a valiant push on the phones it is possible we can squeak out a win!

This man talked to me for a few minutes on how much he loved Bernie and that it was the best vote he ever cast.

(2,353 posts)With a 1.5 million turnout figure.
At a 54-46 spread that is only a difference of 120,000 voters. At 52-48 that is only 60,000 voters, at 51-49 that is only 30,000 voters.
So at 1 million calls only 12% of the calls would need to be successful in getting someone out to vote who hadn't planned on it assuming the turn out is 1.5 million and at the worst case of a single digit race. For even better scenarios only 3-6% of the calls need to be successful.

(2,353 posts)I made a thread there suggesting they bump it to 50,000 in light of that but nothing happened. If Reddit hits at least 50,000 I think it is very likely we will hit our 1 million call goal.
