No luck on the lawsuit

From Jordan of TYT

(Several part tweet) NYPrimary election lawsuit: Judge orders hearing 4 later date, instructs plaintiffs to name every single NY county as..Defendants and give each county notice that they have to appear in court to defend their voter registration process (over 60 counties)...NY Board of Election said they have nothing to do with the problems, are "not responsible for the counties" #NYPrimary

EDIT: Lawyers urge Dems who feel they have had registration changed wrongly should vote on provisional ballot since a new hearing has been granted

And when? Today? What the hell kind of an answer is that? Go to court...

Thanks for not much, your Judgeship.

Sheesh.

Expecting each voter to go to court separately – today! – simply shows how ridiculous this system is.

2. I.e., the provisional ballots may still be counted?

but the litigation may be much slower, more complex, more expensive. Even if we win, the news cycle will have moved on.

I hope the provisional ballots will in fact be collected and held someplace trustworthy.

But if we do win, those ballots may mean more delegates for Bernie.

9. The point is, could an injunction be obtained requiring them to be held someplace trustworthy?

Or would injunctions have to be entered against each county individually?

7. They will be lost, just like the machine fed forms will be "lost" in Brooklyn where the machines

were mysteriously missing when some poll locations were opened, or where mysteriously all the machines in other Brooklyn polling places were all broken and people were told to just fill in the bubbles - we'll get around to feeding them into a machine later ...cough..never.

I'll see if I can find the links, but It may take a few, I have to walk the dog right now.
If you find them on your own reply to let me know.

You are looking for two separate things, one has to do with after opening the voters and poll workers found there were no machines at the polling place. In another report, at least one polling place had what the poll workers told the voters "all the machines are broken, so just fill out the form and they will be fed into machines somewhere later. Oh! there were also polling places where they opened hours later than they were scheduled to.

Other Brooklyn anomalies include the mysterious loss of over 60,000 registered voters, and number later revised as twice that amount I believe according to the mayor.

I noticed something odd that appear top be a pattern in States with electron "anomalies". In every state, the biggest problems happened in the most populated voting areas and oddly always favored Clinton by luck or chance. Is brooklyn one of the most populous of places in NYC? (I honestly don't know, I live in WNY)
