There was an ad on last night for some Hillary special to air in the near future (tonight, maybe??) titled, "It Takes a Country." You wouldn't buy an hour of prime-time TV like that if you were confident of winning the nomination; you'd save that money for later on, during the general election. OTOH, if you were shit-scared of a narrow loss or a narrow win in a state where you'd once been senator and had recently been leading by 25 points, you might well air such a program in an attempt to reinflate your campaign.

A rash of last-minute polling place changes, people not in the books, machines not working, polling places opening late all smack of the sort of shenanigans you'd expect from a political machine not confident that the desired result will be achieved otherwise.
