19 delegates is what she gained (approx)

We just picked up 21 or so from State level caucuses this week. We are still ahead by a few even coming out of NY and if we were gonna lose anywhere that still could hurt us, NY was it. We are still on the same trajectory as before. Nothing has changed. All of the hard work paid off and we kept it close. Im proud of Bernie and I'm proud of us. Keep working....we have a whole new set of states next week with even more delegates than NY and we are favored there. Lets win YUGE!!!!!

from NY with a net gain of yes around 20 or 21.

She barely offset his recent takes in WA & NV.

This is not over by a long shot.

Yet, Bernie still managed to keep it fairly close.

The campaign isn't over yet, Bernie is going to the convention.

He lived there as a child, but Hillary has put down roots. The results in Westchester County show that where she was connected -- New York City and a couple of other cities, she did well. But she did poorly in most of the counties in the state. It was not her stances on the issues but the fact that people personally knew her or had interests in the financial help she got the City after 9/11 that carried her through. In areas of New York in which those two factors were not helpful to her, she did badly.

So in my view, New York State is out of the way and Bernie will pick up the momentum again. He succeeded in confronting the biggest hurdle in his way.

Feel the Bern!

We feel it on DU.

Thanks to Bernie for all he is doing.

Tell him he is forming a movement, and we really appreciate that.

I'm in California and raring to go.

forever be grateful to Senator Sanders for taking the plunge, doing the hard work of a campaign for a year or more - and in so doing, expose the rot at the heart of the American political system.
