As a New York resident, I'm sorry

Sorry we couldn't do better for Bernie. I really didn't want New York to be his Waterloo.

It was great to feel like we actually mattered in the presidential election, which is rare for New York. I really hope people in California get the same opportunity.

The system fucked people over, no surprise there. But don't you take the blame. It's alright and it's going to be alright.

Who was upset that he could not vote in the primary of either party. I don't even know who he supported, but he said "why shouldn't I get to have a say in who our next president is?" I totally agree with him. He said he sometimes votes Democrat and sometimes votes Republican. Why shouldn't people like him have the right to vote for the candidate they think would make the best president?

My boyfriend is a staunch libertarian, but likes Bernie better than any of the other remaining candidates on either side. But he registered Republican in October to support Rand Paul. Now that Rand Paul is out, why shouldn't he be able to vote for the candidate he thinks would be best (or, in his words, the least bad)?

New York is the only state in the country that has such an early party change deadline and it's ridiculous.

I threw the dice and changed my registration to republican.
I'm hoping to support whichever GOP candidate will cause the most disruption to the GOP.

of beautiful. I'm sure that there are far more people like you in California. You and the others were involved in getting Sanders nominated through your vote. That's all matters.

I canvassed for him on Long Island over the weekend and did GOTV at the train station yesterday.

But I still feel like I could have done more.

we and Bernie are lucky to have someone as dedicated as you. You honor us greatly. The only thing you can do now is support him. However, if you know people in the remaining states, call them and continue spreading his name. People like you are a YUUUGE benefit to his campain.

The citidiots who voted for Clinton are the ones who should be sorry, because if, perchance Clinton gets the nomination, she shall lose in November. She has no support from independents, and she needs them to win.

I heard that several county boards did not send out the usual notice. Not sure if it was deliberate or oversight, but it probably depressed turnout.

I also live in NY.

Remember that Bernie won alot of NY.

The areas Hillary won included a huge contingent of SEIU 1199 members. And remember, SEIU119 endorsed Hillary. That is my union, but they don't speak for me, or vote for me. So, there's that!

I am disappointed as well, but we did awesome.

Bernie only came up a bit short (<20 pts), and we know the delegate counts keep going up on our side as caucus counts are finalized.

I was really sad last night, and even avoided going to lunch today with my work colleagues cause one of them is a YUGE Hillary supporter. I knew my stomach would turn upsidedown.

So, I took a wonderful walk and refreshed for the rest of my work day.

With every positive Bernie diary I read, I am feeling better and better.

It ain't over till he says it is. And we are not going to let him quit until the convention.
