Called "Correct the Record" and they have publicly stated they are now spending $1M to -- well, the meme pretty clearly spells it out.

You can learn more on this DU thread http://www.democraticunderground.com/12511805041 or use the magic Google with the following terms: Brock million correct the record

Enjoy!

I'm trying to get a picture of what they would "look like".

Maybe something like this?

OP joined a few weeks ago and has 4 hides already.

Apparently DU owner is looking the other way on this phenomenon?

Or are steps to reestablish the integrity of the site being contemplated and/or implemented?

I'd like to think so.

Encouraging legitimate posters versus avoiding paid trolls (whose controversial flame bait might actually be good for the site traffic and/or create a stronger opposition depending on their personal communication skill level).

In summary, no idea how they are handling it, but be aware of people who don't actually "discuss" while participating on a discussion board - and yes, you found an excellent example of that behavior.

What a nauseating spectacle it will be if those 2 are the nominees. It will be a complete news blackout for me.

Trump going to flip and start being critical of him. Trump new campaign manger is not as dumb as last one who was just hired because he was a jack-boot thug. This new one he has is controlling Trump well. Trumps interview on Good Morning America was very much targeted at (I) for GE. Hillary is going to get destroyed in GE. Unless my hunch that Trump is just doing this whole thing to help Hillary get in is true then stand by for war with Syria as we go into Bush3.0.

don't always support her in phone polls, don't do social media", etc. and they can't even stick up for her on social media so Brock has to pay people to do it.

How Potemkin of them.

or wash their own clothes or fix their own food or pay their own taxes because that cause them to sweat or get dirty. So why should they make any effort to put on a bumper sticker or hell even vote for their candidate when they can have someone else do it all for them.

People aren't that dumb (Well, some of them are; but not all of them!). They're going to figure out what's going on, especially since this photo has gone viral on Facebook, and, I'm certain, on Twitter.

By the way, did you miss this from djean111:

Personally, I am going to assume all inane and torturous anti-Bernie stuff is "Brockwurst".

All flowery "I love/support/whatever Bernie, BUT" - Brockwurst.

All screeds that, boiled down, are just "you better support Hillary" - Brockwurst.

All word salads that attempt, Palin-style, to obfuscate and redefine Hillary's positions on things like war and fracking and means-testing Social Security as GOOD things - Brockwurst.

All commands to proceed on the assumption that Hillary has already "won" - yep!, old, past its sell-by date, Brockwurst.

Any post or OP that purports Bernie supporters don't support Hillary because we have woman issues - brockwurst.

And then I hit the Full Ignore, because it really is the issues, and Hillary is on record - or as much on record as a spinning top, a weather-vane, or a whirling Dervish can be, I guess.

And a little hilarious side effect - all the poutrage and outrage when it is suggested that a poster is a paid operative, or troll, as this is sometimes known - Bwahahahaha! Just like buying Facebook likes and Twitter followers, Hillary's campaign has a little army of paid trolls. Officially. since we cannot tell the difference, safest to assume all bullshit is Brockwurst. Old sausage ya wouldn't want to eat, but - sausage. Reddit thinks it is funny, too.
