[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]That's the real Hillary right there: The Wannabe Empress. Her personal ambition is all consuming.

She'll say anything, promise nothing, and do whatever the fuck she wants in the name of her real constituency, BigMoney - with more corporatism and more wars of "business opportunity" just for starters.

While I was never a huge fan, she played a likable enough role as First Lady and I did believe in the "vast right-wing conspiracy."

It was during her nasty campaign against Obama that I really started disliking her. Now, however, I loathe her. Tricky Dicky has to take second place to this woman's amoral lows.

[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]She wants to be the first woman president. That's the "golden ring" she's reaching for and the diamond in her crown.

She doesn't have any real plans for making the lives of ordinary people substantially better and as a goal, that doesn't even seem to be on her radar - except to parrot Bernie when it gets her applause.

She wants the role for herself, for personal power and a unique place in history, and she's become quite scary in that regard.

I firmly believe and agree with the ending statements, She doesn't get it and neither do the DNC or maybe they do get it and don't care, thinking we will have no other choice. There has been some posts here lately about how FDR was a smart man and his obvious compassion for people. But the other point I think so many miss is the fact that we were in the middle of a revolution at the time and he had to do something before the pitchforks came out in large numbers. Maybe you think I'm overstating it but look at what they don't teach in school about labor history and you will get my point. While we haven't reached that point yet, it wouldn't take much to go there. I getting to the point of thinking the Re-thugs are a red herring so they can put someone like HRC in office and move the agenda of the 1% along. I'd put on my tinfoil hat but every day it looks more and more true.

and you will see how many people were disillusioned with the 'system'...plus more about the actual events throughout America's social fabric that (somehow) weren't all covered in the history books we were taught from as we grew up...

That would be an interesting "book", considering all the poop that has been spewed this and last year.

because people were starving to death or choking to death from airborne dirt in the desertifying Dust Bowl.

The government had less power then and business ultimately needed the people to provide labor for factories.
