He says the issue isn't the categorizing of emails, its espionage because of having that private server in her basement. He says that the FBI already have their case or it wouldn't have gotten this far.

The whole thing was so odd; having Bernie leave the campaign trail at an early and important time in the primary season with no real explanation to the media of what the meeting was about.

This conversation gave a lot of details and incite that I didn't know before. He says that there is already a grand jury and they are already gathering evidence and it has to do with espionage, not classification. They are also going thru all the foundation details because there is evidence that the foundation was used to hide the govt business and more charges based on this. He said this investigation has been going on for quite awhile and they already have the case and are just substantiating and crossing their T's. As soon as she set up that server in the basement, it proved intent. As soon as the FOIA was put in and they got no matches, it set off alarms and the investigation.

This is an hour full of useful information. You should all watch.

I have seen such a change in how civil servants (thats what they used to be called, ha!) are supposed to treat outsiders with pecuniary interests.

90% of what happens now would have been plain out called bribery 20 or 30 years ago.

I cannot believe that this isn't being spread far and wide. I know that Joe is a Republican but he was not partisan in this instance. He answered questions based on law and even backed up his claims. It is very informative.
