This is the intent of the "trade" deals. No one in the US can live on $5.85 an hour.

Clinton supporters believe that they are adhering to the values of the Democratic Party. We can expect wages to continue to deflate, more and more jobs to leave the US forever, and depositors "bailing in" the too-big-to-fail banks next time (instead of the taxpayers bailing them out) under a Clinton presidency. There will be nothing to slow her down since Senate, Congress, and Supreme Court are almost entirely corrupted as well. We have a chance right now to slow down the wholesale selling out of the United States but it looks like there are an awful lot of people who are very happy with the way things are in this country. I never thought we'd ever get a candidate like Bernie Sanders at this point with the corpo-government leviathan being so entrenched. Passing up this chance is a truly grave error of judgement.
