I wouldn't give my info to that brandnewcongress group they are promoting in GDP

First of all, they don't name the Bernie staffers they are saying are involved. Secondly why would they be making the pitch to Bernie volunteers and NOT to the Bernie campaign?

It could be a creative way for Clinton to get Bernie's email and donor list that they said they wanted. Until we find out more I would pass.

Also, notice they say it is just an idea they are tossing around. The timing is really questionable.

They were promoting it on Political Revolution TV on YouTube. I had already signed it. I love the show watch it every day but please let me know what you discover.

These are the individuals involved. I emailed yesterday for information on funding, specifically corporate. I haven't heard back yet.

It can be a small world out there, when it comes to people that work within these campaigns.

Zack Exley and Becky Bond worked really hard for Bernie's campaign...and are very smart people.

The article is from February 24th and is a fasinating (long) read and I highly recommend it.

Regarding BrandNewCongress...I will watch closely, as they just set up the site and FB page only a week ago. There is a page with pictures, names and a personal statement from those starting this. I hope for a successful future...because at this moment, no one else is doing anything outside of the remaining states and Convention.

From the website:

Who's proposing this?

Right now, this is just an idea that some of us Bernie volunteers and former staff have been talking about with each other. We're all busy working for Bernie until he's in the White House. But we're proposing the campaign for a Brand New Congress as something to work on next. Only something as big and worthwhile as this can keep the revolution going—and it's the only way to give Bernie the ability to make real change from the White House. If you would like updates or to get involved, please sign up and one of us will be in touch.
