Bernie Sanders
Related: About this forumMy 10-year-old and I watched the stream from Madison tonight.
Some quotes from my boy:
"Look at all the people. He's gonna win!"
"When you talk like that, you don't need rent-a-crowd."
"Hmmm, let's see, someone who is going to work with us to make things better for everyone, or someone who is going to work for the corporations to make things better for them at our expense...whatever shall we do?"
"This is really long, but somehow, it's not boring."
"I can't help it, I really just love that man."

(45,251 posts)"This is really long, but somehow, it's not boring." Love this, too. That was quite long for a 10-year-old.
Thanks for sharing with us parts of this wonderful experience you had with your son.
I can't stop smiling. Please tell him how good this made me feel.

(39,215 posts)in 72 and my girls worker right along side me. Got to meet his wife and the older one worked with the staff and Secret Service when George came to speak in our community. When he did not win their hearts were broken. For years they kept campaign things on their walls.
On the other hand those two girls are still working hard in the Democratic Party all these years later.
