She's going to be indicted. She broke so many laws, she couldn't possibly walk away from it. Just having the server in her basement, not encrypted, is reason enough to indict her.

The whole language of the FBI about focusing on 'mishandling of classified information' is completely consistent with going after that 'plumbing problem'.
