I didn't know it was the space shuttle tank being transported through LA.
But I did know LA and the crazy stuff that goes on there. It could be real or not but the photo gave me a laugh. Someone took the original photo of the tank going over the overpass and added some dialogue to it.

I thought the photo was funny anyway so I posted it.

BTW Clinton did promise to debate in California so that was the point.
