People. This focus on personal/private emails is a limited hangout.

It's very Rovian.

It's a distraction that unfortunately all the media is seizing on.

The real matter at hand is the endangering of national secrets by placing them vulnerable to hacking and by transmitting them on a non-secure server, and the violation of her oath regarding the protection of national secrets and the fact that some national secrets were made vulnerable to people not eligible to view them, by her actions.

THAT IS THE criminal vulnerability.

Don't be distracted by her focus on personal/private emails.

grasswire's point is that we need to be calling it something more characteristic of what it is--treason. E-mail is too light.

Treason is too heavy, at least for this transitional "naming" phrase.

Anyone got any ideas?

There's the stewardship of highly classified material. There's the violation of State policy regarding state.gov domain. There's the not turning in all emails to State at the end of her tenure. There's the sorting of emails into work and private and deleting the "private" ones. What did I miss?

I'd call it mishandling of top secret information.

The other phase of the FBI investigation regarding the Clinton Foundation will investigate if there has been public corruption. Are there any correlations between applications to the State Department which were preceded by donations to the Foundation a few months earlier?

Trump starting to beat her in every poll, Bernie beating Trump by double digits in same Poll's.

Media starting to go after her hard on the emails

Bernie Winning state after state

DNC getting ready to dump Wasserman Shultz due tp pressure from us

All this makes the super delegates panic and the switcharoo will be on come convention time!

for all the garbage to be leaked. She will never survive this. The FBI will recommend she be indicted and then she's finished. I cannot wait.
