Alerts from Election Justice USA re CA, including ballot shortage
California Voters: 75% of voters who requested a non-partisan mail-in ballot have already received a No-Party-Preference (NPP) ballot that includes no Presidential candidates.
So, if you want to vote for President, DO NOT fill out and return the non-partisan mail-in ballot, you won't get another chance to vote.
Instead, take your mail-in ballot to the county registrar's office and exchange your non-partisan ballot for aFederal or NPP Partisan or Crossover ballot.
While you're at the ROV, just VOTE!!!
This is a ballot allowing NPP voters to choose to vote for the Presidential candidates of the Party of your choice among Democratic, American Independent, and Libertarian Parties.
Unfortunately, Republican, Green, and other Parties have chosen to not participate in the NPP allowance so to vote for Presidential candidates of those Parties, you must be a registered Partisan voter.
Other important data points for NPP voters:
1) NPP voters must request your mail-in ballot by May 31.
2) all NPP voters MUST ask for a Federal or NPP Partisan or Crossover ballot explicitly: Pollworkers are being trained to give voters ONLY the ballot they request.
3) if you have a vote-by-mail or absentee ballot, take it to ROV and surrender it to receive the Federal or NPP-Party or Crossover ballot (Dem, Libertarian, AIP, or Non-partisan only) and vote immediately.
4) just go to your ROV and vote in person, it's that simple.
5) NPP voters can take their NPP vote-by-mail ballot to the county registrar's office and surrender it in person for a Crossover ballot up until and including June 7th

Election Justice USA Reports Ballot Shortage in California
Posted on June 1, 2016 by truthfirst12013
There are NOT enough ballots for people to cast votes in California (how much you want to bet that districts that heavily favor Sanders come up severely short).
