and then most of them probably turned around and gave more to the SuperPACs supporting her.

Saying she 'reluctantly' was turning to superpacs, as was states elsewhere, is a ludicrous notion when more than half of her donors were already maxed out and going on to donating to her beyond the limits through those superpacs.
