I'm not one for sticking anything on my car, but a magnet would be okay since it will come off nicely and presumably not ruin the paint. And if someone steals it, so what? They'll be spreading the word. Well hopefully, I guess they could throw it away...
Anyway, I'm getting a few of these!

(8,175 posts)You can buy five Avery 8.5x11 printable Magnet sheets for about $10, from Wal-Mart or Amazon, or a different brand at Staples. Probably available in any office supply store.
I need to buy some of these so I can put my bernie bumper sticker on one and put it on my car. I don't want to put sticky stuff on my car. I also want to make my own "fringe candidate" magnet for the car.
what I don't know is if these magnet sheets are strong enough to hold up to wind when driving. I need to test it out with one I can afford to lose first.
If you print your own, you need to cover it with clear plastic to keep it from being ruined by rain. I use that clear package tape in overlapping stripes and it works great and is real cheap.

(19,926 posts)I still need to make a big sign for my window. Right now I have bumper stickers in 3 of them. I have 3 tall, skinny windows next to each other so I have a blue, then white, then blue bumper sticker in each and the house is almost right on the sidewalk so they are visible.
But I want a huge one in my living room window, which is also almost right at the sidewalk.

(8,175 posts)I've had a couple on my refrigerator for a long time and that's never happened, but it's not out in the sun.
