they are expecting us to believe Clinton has 41 point lead In Iowa If that was true why was the excitement at Iowa's JJ
dinner with bernie.apart from so called polls i am not seeing any evidance people are excited by her.if they were she would be
ranking in small donors.she would be packing in the crowds.
But,then again you have liberals who claim to support unions and working class and who opposed TPP endorsing Clintons a corporist
and centerist.some might think I am too harsh but i consider those like al franken and sherrod brown total sellouts for what they
supposily believe by supporting Clinton.
after hearing Obama,Reid, and Pelosi have sold out disabled americals and older americans but increased defense spending
I am not in the mood for the BS anymore.
I consider the Bernie VS Clinton battle to be last attempt for democracy as well for liberals and progressives In Democratic party.

(47,953 posts)1. Do you really believe that we could go from statistically tied to a 41 point deficit in one week? I don't.
2. Brown is a politician, and HRC and the DNC have been tightening the screws on fellow democrats. I again don't think it matters much. Lots of people endorsed HRC last time, before BHO became the frontrunner.
3. The election will be won or lost on turnout. If Bernie supporters are enthused enough to turn out in greater number than HRC supporters, then he will win. Right now you are seeing a concerted effort from many groups to marginalize Bernie. Don't fall for it.

(45,084 posts)to win the White House. Would you expect less of an elected democrat wanting to hold the White House? Senate endorsements are not binding. The Senators may endorse her and the media has her as the front runner, but the people are excited for Bernie. The endorsement of the voters in the primaries is all that matters.

I absolutely feel that the hate of her is very, very deep and totally underestimated.
And then there is that trust thing.

The only principle either one of them has ever had is self-advancement by any available means, be they fair or foul. Extremely reminiscent of this guy..... and in so very many ways

(248 posts)especially considering how much of an outlier this particular poll is compared to others showing a much closer race. Looking at the methodology of this poll, they only polled registered democrats who have voted in at least the last two primary caucuses. I think this shows an inherent bias to Hillary, as Bernie's main appeal is to those who have previously not been involved in the process or may be first time voters. This poll (and most other polls) don't reflect the new voters that will (hopefully) come out on election day. Don't let this get you guys down. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

(41,600 posts)that poll is complete bullshit. There's no way in hell Hillary is ahead in Iowa. Or if she is, she's barely ahead.
The CORPORATE OWNED MSM are in the midst of a brainwash game. They flood OUR airwaves with 24/7 Hillary propaganda, their Corporate Owned pollsters will make damn sure they poll demographics that favor Hillary, their online writers will shill for Hillary and everyone in the country, except people who know the truth, will start thinking Hillary is inevitable, do why campaign or vote for Bernie? MOST pollsters are corporate owned. The Only polls I will trust will be Bernie's when he starts polling. I see he hired a pollster. THAT will be the poll to trust. When Bernie says he's losing, I'll believe him and only him - because he's honest.
I can honestly say, I have not met any Hillary supporters or seen ANY, not one, Hillary bumper sticker.
As for all the Congressional endorsements, I see Bill Clinton sitting in his easy chair working the phones and making sure people in Congress endorse his wife.
Sherrod Brown - HE pissed me off. Shame on him. He just lost my respect. He's one of very few people in Congress I actually liked.

I have had it with Dem establishment
1:I live in Missouri so last year after ferguson i have seen how useless dems can be.
2:TPP Is very fresh In my mind.Obama and dems have sold out all the unions that worked to get them elected
3:Obama has proved 100% myself and everyone who supported him in 2007/2008 were idiots.we are going to be in more war than we were when w was president
4 ems sold out disabled and seniors on the budget to get more defense spending
My attitude Is "Enough Is Enough!"

(41,600 posts)Union leaders still endorse Hillary over the wishes of workers and over a man who has supported Unions his entire life! A man who actually DOES put on his 'Comfortable shoes' and walks the talk in picket lines! To me, that says a lot. The Democratic Party has sold out Unions, yet the Union bosses endorse a Clinton after NAFTA lost this country 60,000 factories and millions of jobs? Something is very wrong. And now Obama's TPP! It's even worse! And Hillary supports it!
The Hillary supporters in GDP are just playing their childish mind games. When Bernie's up in the polls, we'll get even.
I gave up on Obama the first time he offered up SS as a bargaining chip. He warned us. He said he was was more like Reagan fiscally. Now everyone knows he sold out The least of these' and SHAME ON HIM.
THE TPP must have made him some BIG BUCKS for his retirement years. That will be his legacy, so I guess big bucks are more important than an impressive Legacy. I know I will never defend him ever again.

(5,066 posts)I consider any union who supports Clinton over bernie stupid.
What they are doing is proving republicans right when they calimed unions were corrupt. She has even opened door to flipping back
on TPP.But,anyone who has followed clintons for past 23 years know it wasn't beliable for her to be against TPP.
Obama has sold out so much he isn't worth discussioning anymore.Since I was born In 1974 i can start to understand how dems
In 1967 felt about Johnson.

Then they endorsed Obama, who took 90 days or so to throw them under the train. Sooner, if you justifiably regard appointing a shitweasel privatizer like Arne Duncan, as the biggest FU possible to the teacher's unions.
HRH will dump them the day after the election, if she wins.
They're either paid off/bribed or are dumber than a sack of doorknobs.
Which, I can't decide.

Still regretable that those who fought against tpp would back clinton although if public defeats Clinton In primarys Brown is one
who would support Bernie in GE against trump or carson.

(33,688 posts)the laundry list could run for pages.
The massive sentiment of entitlement and "desert" to the office, the paranoia, the inability to answer the simplest question with a straight answer, the constantly shifting issue positions, the opportunism, the rigging of party machinery, the willingness to say absolutely ANYTHING to advance their position regardless of the truth or consequences and the willingness to use any means, fair or foul, to advance themselves and crush their enemies.
I am to the point where I am ashamed that I voted for Bubba twice, and I will NEVER vote for HRH. Their ruthlessness, truthlessness and sheer meanness are matters of longstanding, exhaustively documented record.
