Related: About this forumTime to bring an army of Bernie supporters!
I have a rather large following on twitter and I think it's time we start swarming things with #FeelTheBern on DU!
I'm putting the word out to my twitter followers & on the #FeelTheBern hashtag to come join us here on DU!
Let's Bern this puppy down!

(15,435 posts)I'm working hard volunteering locally and post at several other places. Twitter would mean I WILL never get anything done at home and my husband already says I DO need to remember that I'm still a mother and "mother's" do have jobs! Sounds chauvinistic, but I've been slacking!
WILL do what I can, I do a monthly donation and work with a local Bernie supporter group!

Double the party, for every member that now exists, bring a progressive.
And I don't belong to Twitter but look at a VERY long list of Twitter accounts for Bernie (including yours!)
Seems like there are millions of them.
Go Berners!

(46,179 posts)I have no idea what the point of Twitter is.
When it first came out, someone told me I was supposed to do something with it, so I have an account that I've never used and don't remember the password for, or the name I used. I didn't, and don't, know what to do with it, or how, or why.
Something about short little messages. I couldn't figure out why I'd want to send them, or why anyone would care, or how to even do so.
I still don't "get" it, although I do get that everybody else does, lol.
Kind of like the way people keep wanting me to do something with linkedin...sending me invitations that I feel guilty about rejecting, but don't know what I'd really do with it. And google circles.
I keep wondering where all the time to spend on these things comes from.
Still, whatever works to get the word out...

(45,251 posts)Other DUers have tried recruiting new DUers via twitter. "The more the merrier." (Words I saw on DU over and over when I would suggest a year ago and more that more people should get into the Democratic primary because I did not want a coronation.)
