There's now a "Feel The Bern Challenge" thing happening on Facebook, etc

Similar to the "Ice Bucket Challenge" but people are doing somewhat more burn-like activities:

How To...
FEEL THE BERN

RECORD: Take a video of yourself doing the following…

1) ACCEPT: Accept the challenge

2) FEEL THE BERN: Eat a hot pepper, or a teaspoon of hot sauce, do some strenuous exercise or something else that will show you Feeling the Bern!

3) EXPLAIN WHY: Say why you are willing to Feel the Bern. Find ideas here: berniesanders.com/issues/

3) NOMINATE & PLEDGE: Nominate (at least) three of your friends to accept the challenge and PLEDGE to support Bernie in some way; donate to Bernie’s campaign, sign up to volunteer, register to vote as a Democrat, put a Bernie bumper sticker on your car

5) UPLOAD: Upload your video to social media, tagging the friends you have challenged, and using the following hashtags: #BernChallenge, #FeeltheBern, #FeeltheBernChallenge, #Bernie2016.
