Got some gear ordered for gifts. How has the shipping time been?

Surprising that they're somewhat discouraging about spending a couple bucks more Priority Mail, yet saying that orders needed to be placed yesterday for Christmas delivery.

Does it mean they're taking a week or more to get orders shipped out their door?
