So could someone give me a cliff notes of the latest?

I spent the whole day sleeping off the last bit of the flu, and so I've got no damn clue about this data breach stuff, and the information I'm finding seems to have been run through the spin cycle a few times. Can anyone give me the fast version?

shares it with Dem candidates. Bernie staffers found a vulnerability it the program to access other candidates. They raised it with DNC. DNC ignored it. Months later Sanders staffer(s) accessed Hillary created info and downloaded it. Someone cried foul. DNC/DWS revoked Sanders' access to voter roles. Sanders staffer fired. Sanders sued DNC for reinstatement of acces.

Sanders staff self-reported it to DNC. MoveOn.org started a petition this am to demand Bernie be given access to his own data, gathered by his own people. The initial goal was 10,000 signatures. As of 8:50 p.m. tonight, the signature count stood at 230,463, increasing at about 1,000 per minute.
A final fun fact! The founder of vendor NGP VAN is Nathaniel Pearlman, who was chief technology officer for Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign. Pearlman supervised Bryan Pagliano as the 2008 Clinton campaign IT director

Pagliano went on to set up and manage Clinton’s private email server. Pagliano pleaded the 5th when Hillary's emails and his role came under scrutiny. What are the ODDS of the front running dem candidate having 2 IT guys who have to plead the 5th in court and be subjected to an on going FBI investigation?
