Sanders Campaign had just tested a soft web based predictive caller

that uses cell phones. A call went out Monday for volunteers to beta test. Testing started Tuesday. Reports I read on one of the Bernie Slacks was it eliminated 100% of the "No Answer". Testers went from talking to 4-5 voters an hour to 20 or more. But without VAN its moot.

Meanwhile here in NY we built our own database months ago, we were calling NY Dems in Sept., well before the campaign started using online call tools. I might just spend the $325 to get the Dems list for Iowa. My IT team has scrapped phone numbers of the white pages before, they can do it for Iowa.
