Which would show how she's been slanting things for Hillary. She couldn't fall over herself fast enough to prevent the lawsuit from moving forward after that.

3. Fire Wasserman Schultz as DNC Chair

Since her appointment as DNC chair in 2011, she has been a devastating failure.

In the Democratic presidential primary, she has consistently tried to sabotage the candidates opposing Hillary Clinton.

Schultz must be fired from the DNC!

5. The APPEARENCE of impropriety must be avoided as vigorously

as impropriety itself.

When I was a junior and my sister at sophomore at the same college, I was invited to be part of a committee which would interview students who wanted to become dormitory monitors. I immediately said no -- not because I wasn't interested, but because my sister had mentioned that she was considering applying. She eventually changed her mind, but I didn't need to spend forty days on a mountain and have it written out on tablets of stone that it would have "looked funny" if I had been on the committee and she had been awarded a dormitory monitor assignment.

Because Schultz was previously a presidential campaign manager for Hillary, there is a constant potential for a conflict of interest in every move she makes. I want to feel confident that she's acting in the best interest of ALL the Democratic candidates. Maybe she truly believes that one debate a month is enough; maybe it's her way from preventing Hillary to have to face her competition too much. Maybe the business with the voter data breech was a genuine glitch; maybe it was plotted to undermine the Sanders campaign once and for all. As long as Schultz is in charge, it would be remiss to ignore at least the possibility that she's using her position as a mulligan -- a chance to accomplish for Hillary what she didn't eight years ago.

Needless to say, I'm delighted that this matter has been resolved before the debate tonight -- if only because Schultz must have realized that she couldn't have Sanders ripping the DNC up one side and down the other while Hillary grinned and bore it like a martyr!
