The holes in security absolutely, 100% went both ways. it wasn't a "hack" after all, it was just the security failing. And it happened frequently. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if one or both of the other campaigns poked their heads into those holes, too.

I think it's very plausible that the Clinton campaign has access to Sanders' data. I'd put good money on it, in fact.
