Bernie2016 Introduces "Ground Control" , brand new volunteer to volunteer call tool.

I just read some about this in a post on Reddit. (Not sure if it's already been posted).

Looks like the campaign is redoing their system for those making calls...some may already know more about this or you can read what the replies are in the post.

I really do think his campaign team is brilliant.

EDIT: If I get this right, Ground Control is a system to call other volunteers and get them to phone banks in their area, that need help...really interesting.
