We're entering the season

where not only most of us work harder than usual (especially retail, customer/tech service and courtesy workers (hotels))

but also when we have big problems making 'santa' happen, or 'xmas dinner'

so starting this thread for ideas and tricks and rants


as for me, RANT MODE ON
STOP RUNNING CHRISTMAS MUSIC 8 hours a day during half of November and all of December!
(or at least let me run some alternate xmas music (even alternate language ones))
pimp my sleigh!

alternating holidays boss...don't put some people _ON_ all holidays cuz you don't like them

for food, this year, i actually asked a buddy who has invited me to xmas dinner if i could pay some
pride for me, easier for him, and i also got some small stuff already (5-10 dollar) for him and his wife and kids
cept for the 2 of them (husband and one kid) i made presents myself

and i know they'll appreciate it
