to react to Trump's constant bullshit concerning his lies of blaming
the Obama Administration from not doing anything about "Russian Spying" during his Administration...
Come on Man... (Mr. President) I know there are reasons you are staying out of the Frey
but please do something.. It's time.. The stakes are too high...!!!
Do you guys agree? There are probably pluses and minuses ..

(2,208 posts)I think President Obama has chosen to stay out of the spotlight during the primary process for good reasons.
I trust his judgement.

(10,205 posts)Obama has a multiyear production deal with Netflix to produce television shows and films for the streaming service.
(NYT) "The deal will give Mr. Obama an international television platform during his post-presidency, allowing him to reach millions of people in the United States and internationally...The former president has told associates that he does not intend to use the new platform to wage a public campaign against his successor in the Oval Office, or to fight against conservative voices that populate media outlets like Fox News."
I guess he's taking the higher ground.

Obama would build consensus among a majority of the public before pouncing on impeachment. I believe this is what we are witnessing. Trump can comment, but is unable to control, the news cycle or the message.
For instance, Muellers testimony is to come. No matter what, it will be a bombshell and get carried by all forms of media.
Obama is part of the strategy. He may very well be a key architect. And when its the right time, his words will get noticed and resonate because he speaks only when it will get the dems closer to the goal. Everything else is just noise.
