Standing in line for the Sanders kickoff rally in Brooklyn

Maybe it’s the snow but the crowd is smaller than I would have guessed. I got here at 9 and I’m probably in the first 200 people.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

This person tweeted right before 10 that the line was 12 blocks long. Not sure how many people that would be but I’m sure even with the bad weather, there will be lots of excitement.

They're really listening and responding in normal small cheers. They're changing their response based on what he says. It doesn't have that inhuman, angry, revenge sound that 45 gets. This sounds normal and sane.

He's winding up with foreign policy and domestic pot de-criminalizing. Uses phrases like, "because of the work we've done together," and "transforming our country".

Promising jobs, slowing urban gentrification, providing low-income urban housing and rural hospitals and jobs. Talking the end of gun violence: Common sense gun legislation. Talking civil rights, ending voter supression, making voting easier. CHOICE!!!

Talking taking on Wall street, insurance cos, military cos, prison cos, fossil fuel cos, and corrupt election financing.

Gotta admit, he's singing my songs!!! Now they're cheering "Bernie! Bernie!!"

"This is what I believe: If we don't allow trump to divide us up, and remain united in justice and human dignity, love and compassion, the future is extraordinary and there is nothing we will not be able to accomplish!" Ending with a music file : Power to the people!"

YAY, Bernie! The sound of hope! Loved it!
