Obama 2012 campaign spokesman weighs in on Biden's bipartisan vision

Obama team frustrated by Biden’s appeals to bipartisanship

”Right on,” Ben Labolt, Obama’s 2012 campaign press secretary, said sarcastically of Biden’s call to renew bipartisan cooperation. “Mitch McConnell and [Rep.] Mark Meadows will rush to form the Woke Caucus. And Nelson Rockefeller will be revived from his grave."

We political junkies know better, but there’s still lots who think that bipartisanship is possible if “both sides work together.” Right. And Joe knows it’s not going to happen, he saw it for 8 years. Political lip service. Sometimes has to be done.

primary today, I would vote for:

Trump won swing states by running against Washington and getting enough people to think he personally could change things. Biden is implying that just a little fine tuning is needed. If that were the case we would have won in 2016.
