Suggested speech top notes for Bernie Sanders

Rise up, American workers, and burst the bonds of oppressive Capitalism!

Vanquish your enslavement by the greedy bourgeoisie!

How do those sound? I think he could work those into his debate answers.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Bernie is four years older than I am. I recognize his political positions from my college days. After a while, I learned that my idea of what was best for this country was not shared by all that many people.

I remain a philosophical Socialist. Not a Democratic Socialist, either. However, I recognize that my ideas still are not shared by most people, so I've become a pragmatist when it comes to actual political campaigns and elections. I did learn that insisting on things that most people don't want does not get anyone elected who might do some of those things to some degree. Instead, it got right-wingers elected.

So, now, I'm a Democrat, politically. We do better when Democrats are in power. We do worse when Republicans are. If I can't have what I want, due to resistance on the part of a majority of voters, I can still hope for the least harm and whatever progress can occur.

That's not a popular view with some folks, many of whom are about the age I was and Bernie Sanders was back in the early to mid 1960s.

So, did I put some cliched words in Bernie's mouth? Why, yes I did. I still remember them. Senator Sanders often says things that sound like those old days.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

And you've somehow managed to keep any evidence of this out of 100,000+ posts. Impressive.

You have not read all of my posts, I'm certain. If you had, you'd know that.

Here's one such post from 2016:

I can't even count how many times I "sat-in" over something. I don't do that any more. It really never worked very well.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

To please the devotees, he should tell them to sharpen their pitchforks, light their torches and march towards the Czar's palace - I mean the White House.
