Don't know if posted already, but I appreciated Castro talking about a Marshall Plan

for Honduras.

Letting all the sufferers and refugees in the world coming to our border is not a solution. The problems lie with the countries in Central America and we, and the U.N need to take a serious look.

Our benign neglect of the poorest countries in our own hemisphere is not benign, it's just neglect.

We should stop spending trillions on endless wars and start helping the neediest at home and in countries like Honduras.
