Hmmm. What to think when someone you truly respect weighs in...

Yikes! Truth in the telling, I've never been worse than equivocal on Bernie and at best, in agreement with many of his policies through the years, but I'm going to have to reassess... Scathing commentary from Professor Tribe

I was a Bernie supporter at the very beginning for the 2016 election, but as time went on, and particularly when Hillary was not put in the White House where she belonged, I soured on Bernie. Now I am even less pleased with him.

Now, nobody alert on this. It's a reasonable discussion point!

about what he says, how he says it and when. I’m thinking it was either to psych out Sanders (whose team is no doubt keeping an ear to the Social ground today) or to attempt to shape the viewership and interpretation of what goes down tonight.

I admire Tribe’s legal mind, but this is clearly personal. And if he didn’t intend to publicly influence, he would’ve just posted to his friends.

Oh, to be a fly on the wall in the Spin room or wherever they hang out.

Symone Sanders Slams Shaun King After He Attacks Her For Supporting Joe Biden
Shouldn't the endgame be putting Donald Trump, not attacking our own?

Yesterday, Symone Sanders appeared on CNN and the unavoidable topic of the 1994 Crime Reform Bill popped up. Along with President Richard Nixon’s so-called anti-drug campaign, President Ronald Reagan’s “Just Say No” babble, Rockefeller Drug Laws — the 1994 Crime Reform Bill contributed to the mass incarceration of Black people. President Bill Clinton signed it, Sen. Bernie Sanders voted for it, Joe Biden co-wrote it and Hillary Clinton advocated.

Although this was debated ad nauseam during the 2016 Democratic primary, especially with the resurfacing of the “super-predators” clip, Symone Sanders was asked about the Crime Reform Bill on CNN. Sanders had a somewhat wonky response, which got her trending on Twitter.

he is no longer a good messenger, we have far more talented people this time around who completely overshadow him. You can feel his anger in the debate - how dare you not take me seriously! he has much more in common with DT than most of us realize. But what a mess this debate tonight, constant interrupting, terrible hosts, etc. It’s hard to watch. The % threshold for these debates should have been way higher. In which universe Biden and elected senators belong on the same stage with Williamson?? you gotta be kidding me, or a few other guys no one ever heard of.
