In a campaign with many candidates, poo-flinging has just one effect.

Everyone ends up dirty and smelly. I had hoped we could avoid that unfortunate situation, but it appears that my hopes will be dashed.

Will the poo-flinging end? It should, but probably will not. The Republicans had such a primary campaign in 2016. And who survived? The smelliest poo-flinger of all.

More's the pity.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

1. Let's just hide our candidates from the "Spin Room" after the Debates

That way they won't make unforced mistakes that "poo-flingers" will have the audacity to quote later.

What was Biden's rationale for not attending last time? Being tired or something?

5. If the poo leaves smelly fingers then it was probably the GOP flinging the poo.

Campaigns nowadays are usually too savvy to leave their own fingerprints on poo.

7. If you're talking about Joe in particular, the criticism has been legit. Major unforced errors.

You think the Republicans and their PACS and 501C4's and the Russians and God knows who else would never have used these really dumb mis-steps against him if he makes it to the General if we hadn't discussed them first? Puh-lease!! The twitter and facebook bots were just waiting for him to repeat his pattern of stupidly worded comments again. Dems didn't have to say a word about it and it would have been even more effectively used by the opposition.

What in the world makes you think he's just the right guy to put up against Trump?
