I personally saw him talking about running and such with people in the audience after a speech so I knew he was a runner, and in the Q&A he talked at length about preventive medicine and physical fitness for school kids in response to a healthcare question - it was a detailed and substantial reply - it pisses me off that the media is portraying him as some kind of shallow, empty-headed narcissist when he is the complete opposite.
