Who do you feel would be the strongest candidate, that would make sure law is followed AFTER they win, to Jail the tRUMP family? THIS is one of my biggest concerns.

(13,425 posts)All of the others seem to have a deference for the office or for family/insider politics that should not be disturbed. I am not saying these are right or wrong positions to hold. I simply think Harris and Warren are the two candidates most likely to ensure justice is served with regard to 45, his crimes and his inner circles crimes.

(428 posts)...hate to break it to anyone who thinks otherwise but there is no candidate that is going to do that if they win. It's not something any one person can do as president and there are too many folks in office whose support for that would be needed, who instead will want us to "look forward not backward" or "heal the nation" or "move past the bipartisanship of the Trump years.

What I expect from a new Prez/DoJ is to quickly and fully turnover all documents/findings to Congressional committees that could then make public to allow states to pursue prosecution.
