Silly question, does Sherrod Brown have Dale Bumper's old seat on the Senate floor?

...I just saw a shot of him railing in the room, pacing around so that the camera had to move, and it looked just like Sen. Dale Bumpers (D-Arkansas) when he used to come to the floor to speak.

Looked like the same background, and it reminded me just how awesome it was to have Dale giving the Bush administration hell back in the day, hour-long floor speeches with passion and guts.

I also remember the spot where Biden used to rant and pace when he was senator, but I don't know who took the seat.

But, anyway, Sherrod Brown, looking at home on the Senate floor...

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden
