which might have been written hours ago, because they had the text of the speech early today, but was tweeted only 10 minutes ago:

Watching Sleepy Joe Biden making a speech. Sooo Boring! The LameStream Media will die in the ratings and clicks with this guy. It will be over for them, not to mention the fact that our Country will do poorly with him. It will be one big crash, but at least China will be happy!

That's the best the Trump WH could come up with?

NO ONE who saw Biden's speech would consider him sleepy or boring.

He took Trump apart. Took Trump and his racist allies apart.

Most of the stuff coming from his Twitter account lately is not actually him, but someone else trying to sound like him. But looks like he may have wrested the phone away from Kellyanne for a minute, or she's getting better at mimicking him. He still thinks this is a reality show. Dementia.

Anyone else I might give the benefit of the doubt that they aren't aware about Biden's family tragedy but this guy probably knows and chose to use that phrase regardless.
