California is going to give 3 candidates an almost equal amount of delegates. No one will grab all. Skya Rhen Aug 2019 #4
I am not. While California is solidly blue, it would be a wrong to assume still_one Aug 2019 #5

Happy with those numbers. The scales have fallen from California voters' eyes.

Warren is doing great. Bernie is very strong. Love those liberals in CA!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:

When I first moved to Cali in 2012 there was this middle aged guy driving a 65 Mustang convertible down Tampa Avenue in Northridge with the Beach Boys blaring. Must have been like that in the 60s.

primary today, I would vote for:

I'll be honest as someone who leans more toward Beto, Booker or Inslee- I'm surprised Harris hasn't gotten the traction I thought she might a year ago.

California is “left”

California Democrats are not monolithic, and speak with many voices

I live here

Democratic narrated that

The Issue California has is that a person can be registered as no party preference, and request a Democratic ballot, thus really not aligned with the Democratic Party but still have a voice in choosing the Democratic nominee in California, which in my view is extremely foolhardy

Those that push for the open or semi-open primary are mostly those from the left, and while those that subscribe to such think it will benefit third party endeavors

In the Lipinski election in Illinois was an example of how the extremely right wing Democrat won over the progressive Democrat in their open primary because of Republican cross over votes, and demonstrates the double edged the Democratic Party face with open and semi-open primary states

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
