Agree with Bill Maher that it stupid to ban Fox from hosting a debate

I hope that Rhiannon12866 will soon post the clip.

I thought it was petty when first announced and Maher articulated it very well.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Still, whether we like it or not, Fox has the highest number of viewers. Many get their info from Fox and if we want to reach them - we do, right? - we should go there.

It is far more important for us to start arguing that Fox is propaganda, not news, then it is to pursue Fox viewers.

Fox Propaganda Network is DESIGNED to get its viewers to vote GOP. We must marginalize it, not try to compromise with it.

Bill made some good points on that tonight, but still. Fox News is not responsible enough to get the honor of conducting a Democratic debate. They fucked up and lowered the bar for Republicans in 2016 to below pro-wrestling theatrics, and there's no sign of improvement since.

New Rule: Get In the Bubble | Real Time with Bill Maher

In his editorial New Rule, Bill calls on Democrats to engage with people they disagree with, even if it means appearing on Fox News.

I've never tuned in, but have seen clips, and they really have some real winners. But if they're campaigning for it, they might make the effort to be fair - because if they weren't, they would have blown their chance to ever be considered again.

I can't stand him. Attack, attack, attack. He reminds me of someone else who's never satisfied, no mater what, and who only has negativity and petty smears for the Democratic party, Democratic leadership, and Democrats in general. Little wonder he's always playing footsie with that Stein-voting Cornell West and the Nader-voting Michael Moore, and the Trump-voting buddy Ann Coulter... they hate Democrats too.

I used to be able to tolerate him and take the good with the bad... but he totally lost me when he agreed with Milo Yiannopoulos and said something like "well, you've got a point" when Milo was arguing against transgendered Americans using public restrooms that matched their identity.

What a sickening disappointment that was. I'll never forgive him for giving Milo a national platform, for "legitimizing" him, and for agreeing with Milo's hate and bigotry.

I could easily see Fox doping Sanders water to make him look old and out of it and feeding answers to a fringe camdidate whom the GOP wants to see win the nomination.
