Biden will perform significantly better in states with larger minority demogrsphics. Warren probably better in places like Iowa, NH, etc. I think Biden, between the two, will be able to turn out African American communities in a way, Warren can't. I do think Warren reflects the party's progressive platform more accurately but I think Biden will eventually get the nomination and put more states in play.
